ABOUT I AM NUT OK

I AM NUT OK started as a little market stall in Hackney where Angela and Nivi began selling their vegan cheeses. The business started as a passion project of Angela’s to create healthy, tasty alternatives for the newly vegan Nivi who was an Italian struggling to give up cheese. Since then, I AM NUT OK has grown to become one of the UK’s top artisan vegan cheese brands!

I AM NUT OK is more daring than dairy - it’s an alternative made to satisfy cheese cravings!

Our process

We use a mix of traditional and new techniques to create our plant-based cheeses which are produced by hand in small batches. Our not cheeses go through a process of fermentation and ageing, then given extra notes of flavour with herbs, spices, and various tasty gems found in the plant kingdom.
