TERMS

All orders placed will be processed within 5 working days and sent on overnight or 2-day delivery service. We aim to get your products to you as soon as we can, but please be understanding that we are a small business dealing with artisanal products. Thank you for your patience.

If you need something sent on a specific date (for example if you placed an order but are going away, or the order is needed for an event), please get in touch via the form on our Contact page (under Find Us).

We are not held responsible for any orders in which the delivery address has been written incorrectly or if the customer is not able to receive the items on the day of delivery (unless the customer has requested for a change in delivery date or address prior to shipment).

Deliveries are fulfilled via next-day courier service due to the nature of the product - it must be kept cold and the ice packs will only hold up for the duration of the delivery. We are not responsible for any products that have gone off as a result of not refrigerating within the time suggested.
