Yes, everything is vegan including the truffle oil which is a natural extract derived from mushrooms to taste like truffle.

The products usually come with at least 3 week’s shelf life and everything can be frozen before the Use By date apart from the Bluffalo Notzarella and the Meltdown. Defrost in the fridge and consume as normal.

The fresh and aged cheeses are made with live cultures, and they are not pasteurised. Please check with your doctor for professional advice.
