Vegan Cheesy Tumeric Kale Chips

Kale chips are a healthy alternative to fried potato chips and are so easy to make! Enjoy them warm or the next day.

Ingredients

  • 3 kale leaves

  • 1/3 cup I AM NUT OK Parme-Sans Cheese

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp. oil

  • 1 tsp turmeric

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C

  2. Rinse and pat dry the kale leaves.

  3. Gently pull away the leaves from the stem and pull into bit size pieces.

  4. In a large bowl, massage the oil into the kale leaves.

  5. Add Parme-Sans, salt, and turmeric to the oiled leaves and gently mix with your hands until evenly coated.

  6. Lay coated leaves on a baking sheet in a single layer

  7. Bake for 7-15 minutes (will vary based on oven) until edges are lightly brown. Be sure to watch very closely or they will burn!
