A Grate Bluffalo Pizza!

With a soft and thin crust, makes 4 x 12” pizzas! Using Bluffalo Notzarella and Oh, Grate!

Ingredients

• 100g of Bluffalo Notzarella

• 20g Oh, Grate! (per pizza)

• 1/4 of Mutti tomato sauce

• Ooni pizza dough mix

  ...and any toppings you want!

METHOD

1. For your pizza: follow the instructions on the Ooni pizza dough mix (makes 4 x 12” pizzas)

2. Once the dough is ready, stretch it, add a tiny bit of oil and spread the Mutti pizza sauce

3. Slice or grate the Bluffalo Notzarella

4. Add your favourite toppings!

5. Bake

6. Add some Oh, Grate! and buon appetito!
