Marinated Fetamorphosis
Get your hands dirty and prep this delicious marinated feta with balsamic semi-dried tomatoes & herbs!
Ingredients
1 Block of Fetamorphosis
~150g EVOO or oil of your choice
Fresh herbs of choice (basil, oregano, or thyme)
1/3 jar sundried tomatoes
Optional Peppercorns
Clean, empty jar
METHOD
Chop your Fetamorphosis into cubes.
Layer herbs, Fetamorphosis cubes, and the sundried tomatoes into the jar. Optional to add peppercorns.
Pour oil into the jar until cheese is covered, making sure to leave at least 1cm free at the top. Gently push down the cheese if it’s above the oil.
Your jar of marinated Fetamorphosis will be good for several weeks in the fridge. You can also top it up with other I AM NUT OK cheeses. We recommend GOAT and CrackOn!
