Spreadboard - Whipped Rigotta with Bresaola

Get ready for summer with this picnic ready bundle and a recipe to make an easy 5-minute whipped Rigotta spreadboard!

Ingredients

  • I AM NUT OK Garlic Rigotta

  • SGAIA Bresaola

  • Cocktail Mix Perello

  • Fresh Dill or Chives (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 Red Onion (finely chopped)

 

METHOD

  1. Empty the jar of I AM NUT OK Garlic Rigotta into a mixing bowl

  2. Add 2 TBSP of olive brine from the Perello Cocktail Picante mix and whisk until combined. Add more brine for a more dip-like consistency.

  3. Add chopped herbs and red onion into the bowl and whisk until combined

  4. Spread onto cheeseboard or surface of choice*

  5. Garnish with Cocktail Picante mix, and Sgaia Bresaola, and serve with bread or crackers

  • Option to scoop back into Rigotta jar to serve or take to the park! Can also use the jar to store any left over.
